Legal Clarity for Believers
At Legal Clarity for Believers, I offer practical, faith-sensitive legal support to individuals navigating employment disputes, workplace grievances, and data rights. The mission is simple: to help people understand and assert their rights with clarity, compassion, and integrity.
This service is built on lived experience, academic rigour, and a commitment to justice rooted in conscience and faith.

Who I Am
My name is David Hill. I am an ordained Judeo-Christian minister, and experienced McKenzie Friend. I bring together legal knowledge, pastoral care, and real-world support to help individuals take confident steps forward in difficult situations.
My Qualifications:
- LLB (Hons) Law — Upper Second Class, Open University.
- LLM Employment Law (in progress) — University of Leicester.
- CPD Diplomas — Employment Law, Office Administration, HR (Distinction), GDPR.
- Ordained Minister (B.D) — Judeo-Christian tradition, with a focus on justice, reconciliation, and ethical advocacy.
My Experience:
- Union Representative (2020–2022) — Navigated employee relations, negotiated policies, and resolved disputes during the COVID-19 crisis.
- McKenzie Friend (2022–Present) — Supported individuals in employment, family, criminal, and housing matters.

What I Stand For
I believe that justice should be accessible, respectful, and rooted in truth. Whether you're facing discrimination, unfair dismissal, or data concerns, I offer support that honours your dignity and your voice.
I do not offer legal advice or representation. Instead, I provide informal, educational guidance — helping you understand procedures, draft documents, and prepare for next steps.

Who I Help
• Religious workers and volunteers.
• Employees facing workplace injustice.
• Individuals seeking clarity on their rights.
• People of faith navigating legal systems with conscience.

How I Work
Support is offered via Instagram DM, email, or secure messaging. I provide:
- ET1 Tribunal guidance.
- Grievance letter drafting.
- DSAR templates and advice.
- Tribunal preparation and procedural clarity.
All services are delivered with discretion, respect, and a commitment to procedural fairness.

A Note on Faith
As a Judeo-Christian minister, I approach every case with compassion, integrity, and a belief in restorative justice. Faith is not a barrier to legal clarity — it’s a foundation for it.
